Payment Options:
When you are ready to complete your sale, select the "Checkout" button. You will be prompted to login to your account before you can checkout. If you do not have an account, you can set open one with us, it's very easy and only takes a few minutes to do! Signing up for an account allows you to log in at anytime to track your past and current orders.
We use a secure online shopping cart to process orders and accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards. Paypal is not available at this time.
Sales Tax:
New York State Residents will be charged 8.375% sales tax upon checkout.
Shipping Costs:
Orders within the U.S. will be shipped via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation. Shipping costs are calculated upon checkout using a postal calculator based on weight and destination.
Please allow 2 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped. We generally ship orders out once a week (so chances are you'll receive it in about 5 days). Once your order is processed, we will send you a confirmation email. You will then receive an email from USPS with your tracking number.
International Shoppers:
We are unable to ship out of the continental US currently, but may make exceptions on request and on a case by case basis. Please contact us before placing an order.
Returns and Store Credit:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something doesn't fit, please let us know. We will will gladly accept returns within 15 days of your ship date and offer either store credit or refund(minus shipping charges). Sale and vintage items are non-returnable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at info@sodafine.com to confirm your intention to return. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number that you must write on the exterior of your return packaging.
- Returns received without an Authorization Number will not be accepted.
- Returns made without prior email notification will not be processed.
- Returns received after 15 days will be subject to a 40% restocking fee.
Merchandise must be received in new condition, unworn and with tags intact, or we will refuse the exchange. If you are making an exchange for the same item in a different size, we will not charge shipping for the exchange.
When returning items, please be sure to pack items carefully. We suggest you send items with delivery confirmation and insurance, and cannot be liable for packages lost in the mail.
We will credit your card on receipt of the returned items and will send you an email confirmation. |
